I've got a pretty long Disneyland Paris update for you today, before I begin
though, for those of you who enjoyed my Google Earth article last time, be sure
to read on to the end of the posting today. The program has a great hidden
Easter egg, and I'll show you how to find it!
We'll begin at the Walt Disney Studios park today. Visitors arriving to the resort
can't miss this huge billboard announcing the new Toon Studios attractions.

The new Toon studios are a real success however, last Sunday the line
for Crush's Coaster was 2 hours long.

The ride is extremely popular, which is good and
bad. It's good attendance is up, which
means more money for the park, and any possible new additions. It's bad in that it seems this coaster will be
duplicated in Orlando and Anaheim, and maybe even in Japan, with a 'Ratatouille'
overlay. The problem is that it is definitely a 'D' ticket, not a 'E." So,
don't expect too much of it and you'll be pleasantly surprised...
Speaking of Ratatouille, the characters appear at many different places in
the park, like on the walls of the Studio 1 entrance and at the 'Rendez-vous des
Stars' restaurant where they're trying to
capitalize on the big success of the movie in France.

Alas, there's no matching theming inside except for three Ratatouille plush
figures. Frankly,
they have a huge hit here with this movie, they could have done better, even
with a limited budget...
